Before we get started
How far ahead should I schedule?
Recurring cleans can be reserved well in advance. Vacation-rental turnovers get scheduled around your booking calendar, and we do take same-day and last-minute requests when the day allows — message us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can cover it.
Do I need to be at the property?
No. With your permission we coordinate secure access through a lockbox, smart lock, property manager, or front desk. Most of our rental owners aren't in Florida at all.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — we arrive with professional supplies and equipment. If your property needs a specific product used on a particular surface, tell us and we'll follow your instructions.
Can you handle linens and restocking?
Yes. For vacation rentals, linen handling, laundry, and restocking guest supplies can be built into your turnover. We'll confirm exactly what's included when we quote your property.
What happens if something needs attention?
We tell you right away. Rental clients get completion photos and a note on anything visibly damaged, worn, or running low — so you find out from us, not from a guest review.
What areas do you serve?
Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and Merritt Island are our core area, and we regularly work in Cocoa, Port Canaveral, and Satellite Beach. If you're just outside that, ask anyway.
How much does a cleaning cost?
